AQL – What we look for…
Garment Inspection elements following six elements will be checked on each order. Failure to meet any of the elements could cause the order to be rejected.
- Order quantity
- Packaging
- Labelling
- Accessories
- Approved bulk / trim swatches
- Measurement Specification
PACKAGING and FOLDING: The style is boxed, packaged and folded as per specification in the contract
GARMENT STYLING: The garment should include all features as approved in the seal / pre-production sample.
VISUAL DEFECTS: Visual and functional defects will be evaluated.
MEASUREMENTS: Garment measuring is included in the inspection. If measurements are not within tolerance, the order will fail.
LABELLING and TICKETING: All labels and tickets will be evaluated based on the specifications outlined in Labelling section.
100% QC Inspection
We will work to the customers requirements on any kind of QC inspection, regardless of product, we can carry out the inspection process hassle free with a detailed report of the end result including a fault analysis, with accompanying images & AQL report if required.

White Room
Our specially designed White Room where our quality staff are situated has optimal lighting conditions in order for defects to be picked up, we work with store equivalent lighting, using TL84 florescent tubes.
We use the White Room for the most intricate of inspections and where there are very specific faults that need to be highlighted, nothing gets missed in this more than adequate environment.
